I have been fishing Broken Bow Lake practically all of my life. I am fully licensed and am a full time fishing guide. I fish Broken Bow Lake all year, and I am versatile in the species of fish that I target. However, I have found a passion in crappie and walleye fishing and love taking my clients out and watching the joy they exhibit when getting one of these fiesty fish on the line and into the boat. My faith in God and His provision have allowed me to turn what was once a passionate hobby into a lucrative business and opportunity to make many new lifelong friends.May God Bless You All .

Broken Bow Lake is located in one of the state’s most beautiful settings. The 22-mile long lake lies in the Ouachita Mountains of McCurtain County in southeastern Oklahoma, and its crystal blue waters provide a variety of water recreation including scuba diving. Beavers Bend State Park, located along the Mountain Fork River just below the dam, provides cabins and many other recreational facilities. Broken Bow Lake’s crystal clear waters provide one of the best year-round fishing spots in Oklahoma. Fish species include largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, white (sand) bass, crappie, channel catfish, flathead catfish and various species of sunfish.
Broken Bow Lake runs deep, and its floor is covered by rocks which gives its water a transparent clarity. Covering 14,000 acres and bordered by 180 miles of shoreline, it’s the perfect destination for boating, water sports, swimming, fishing and more. Beavers Bend Marina offers speed boat, houseboat and jet ski rentals to spend a day on the lake with family and friends. The densely forested mountain terrain surrounding the lake is a haven for hikers and bird watchers. The Big Oak Nature Trail and the Beaver Lodge Nature Trail wind through the towering woods, and camping and picnic sites can be found throughout the area. Hunting is permitted on much of the surrounding land, with an abundance of deer and even a few turkey and other game throughout the season.
